Hester & Company, CPAs is family-owned and operated in Canton, TX. Since our company opened its doors in 1985, we’ve treated every customer like they were a part of our family. We consider our business experience to be unique and we are dedicated to providing the highest quality tax, financial and accounting services to our clients. As a family owned business, we respect that each individual, family and business is a unique entity with special needs. Our firm takes a personal interest in each and every task from beginning to end and every project is completed by one of our professionals.
Hester & Company was founded by Dale and Donna Hester almost 30 years ago after working for several years at Trammell Crow Company. Together, they have over 60 years of experience in various aspects of accounting, tax and financial services. In addition to their tax and accounting knowledge, Dale and Donna have also been involved in the ranching community for 30 years. Our family takes pride in the ranching business and we specialize in helping you understand the tax implications involved with operating a farm of your own.
Dale and Donna are joined by their youngest daughter, Lauren Hester Jason, who is also a CPA in our firm. After graduating from Canton High School, Lauren earned her Bachelor and Masters degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and worked in Dallas for PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the four largest accounting firms in the world.
Throughout our company's existence, Hester & Company has been extremely blessed by our dedicated and loyal staff who have been with us for nearly twenty years. Our business family is uniquely qualified to assist our clients as each individual contributes an important perspective to our firm.
Most importantly, Hester & Company has had the privileged opportunity to serve a variety of clients in numerous industries throughout the years. We are grateful for the chance to serve those around us and be a part of the exciting endeavors that each of our clients embarks upon.
